BCC Gestione Crediti offers Credito Cooperativo Banks and their customers a broad range of products and services to closely manage problem loans, including monitoring of anomalies in past due loans, extrajudicial activity at each level of Credit classification and the management, including judicial management, and recovery of outstandning credits. These activities are carried out together with the evaluation of each individual credit or entire portfolios (due diligence), the recovery of commercial credit for BCC-CR business customers and support and organization of non-recourse assignment of non-performing debts. Finally, BCC Gestione Crediti proposes the real estate channel to “exploit” real securities and acquire only the automated management of judicial procedures relating to claims.
