Giulio Magagni
Born in Minerbio (province of Bologna) on November 18, 1956, Giulio Magagni is an engineer. Since 2003, he has been Iccrea Holding chairman, besides being chairman of BCC Emiliabanca and BCC Emilia-Romagna Federation. Giulio Magagni is also chairman of BCC Solutions, Iccrea Holding service-company. He sits in the National Board and Executive Committee of BCC-CR (Federcasse) National Federations. Furthermore, Guilio Magagni is member of the National Board of Confcooperative and that of Emilia-Romagna. He is in the Executive Committee of the Italian Banking Association. (ABI) and sits in the Board of Cattolica Assicurazioni and ICBPI – the Istituto Centrale delle Banche Popolari Italiane.

Francesco Carri

Francesco Carri was born in Grosseto on August 27, 1954. Graduated in Economics at the University of Siena. Licensed public accountant, partner at the professional associated accounting firm Carri- Falzone- Leone, with headquarters in Grosseto. Francesco Carri has been professor of Business Economics at the University of Siena. He is also Grosseto court expert consultant. Since 1997 Chairman of the Board of Auditors and from 2001 Chairman of the Board of Directors at Banca della Maremma- Cooperative Credit Bank of Grosseto. From 2004 Deputy Chairman of the Board of Director at Iccrea S.p.A, until April 2010 when he became chairman..
 

Domenico Cavallo
Born in Grumento Nova (PZ) on 04/01/1938, widower with two children. After graduating with a first-class degree in law at the University of Naples (1960) and certified in Pisa to teach economics and law (1965) he was hired at the Bank of Italy with a scholarship (1962). His career at the Bank of Italy includes: 25 years in “credit and finance surveillance” (deeds and inspections) 10 years in “organization and strategic planning” (in a role of responsibility) 5 years in “real-estate” (as general manager). Retired since December 2002, he now holds some positions (such as Chairman) in national credit facilities..

Giovanni Pontiggia
Born in March 9, 1948. He graduated in electrical engineering at the Polytechnic of Milan in 1973. He started working in production and staff management at Abb Kent Tieghi, a European company specialized in process automation. He held important positions in Italian companies of the Abb group. In 1990, he started his own company to design and implement control systems for large industrial groups. Two years ago he set up an identical company in India. He is member of the Economic Committee of the Province of Como and Deputy Chairman of Sviluppo Como, a company for the entrepreneurial development of Como. Since 1991 he has been Chairman of BCC Alta Brianza (Councillor from 1981). He is Vice Chairman of the Lombardy Federation of BCC, CEO of Banca Agrileasing Spa, Chairman of BCC Factoring and BCC Multimedia, he represents BCC Lombarde at the ABI Lombardy Commission

He is currently National Councillor of Federcasse. On April 29, 2010 he was elected Chairman of Banca Agrileasing S.p.A  - from october,10 2011 Iccrea BancaImpresa.

Pierpaolo Stra
Born in 1963 in Alba (CN), he has a degree in Economics at the State University of Turin. In 1990, he became licensed public accountant. He is enrolled in the National Accountant Register of Cuneo, Alba, Mondove and Saluzzo in 1991 and in the Auditors register in 1995. He is principal of “Studio Stra- Dottori Commercialisti Associati” in Alba. He has been auditor and Chairman of the board of auditors in various companies that operate in the chemical/ leather industry, wine and bubbly white wine production, mechanics, production of textile and paper machines. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Auditors and Auditor in important companies active in the energy sector (city-owned enterprises), food (chocolate) production/marketing of automobile spare parts. Since 2003, he sits in the Board of Directors of BCC Alba, Langhe and Roero (already Banca d’Alba) where he is currently Deputy Chairman. He is also sits in the Board of Immobiliare Banca d’Alba Srl and Servizi Immobiliari Banca d’Alba Spa.   In April 2010 he became Chairman of the BCC Private Equity SGRpa Board.

When Comes Italia joined the Delachaux Group in 2000 he became Managing Director and CEO. In 2007 he became Member of Board of Director of Coductix Wamplfer of Delachaux Group. In 1981 he became Member of Auditors of BCC Board of Carugate. From 1984 to 1992, he was CEO and member of the Executive Committee in BCC Carugate. In 1993 he became delegated Deputy Chairman of the Board until April 28, 2002 when he was elected Chairman of BCC Carugate. Ever since June 8, 2003, he has been Member of the Lombardy Federation Board of BCC, he sits in the Iccrea Holding Board since April 29, 2005. In 2007 he became CEO of BCC Solutions.
